HAMMERING HALTER:
Americans for Job Security, the conservative group already that's already spending nearly a million dollars on controversial ads accusing Lt. Gov. Bill Halter of outsourcing jobs to India, is investing hundreds of thousands more in new commercials attacking Sen. Blanche Lincoln's Democratic primary challenger. In a new spot starting today, AJS repeats the outsourcing charge against Halter, setting this narration against somber music and a montage of black and white photos: "Bill Halter says he's never outsourced American jobs. But the facts say, when he was a highly paid corporate director, his company outsourced jobs to India. Those jobs could have boosted a community here in Arkansas but all they boosted was Bill Halter's company's bottom line." Halter has strongly disputed the charge.
